The Body Reveals Itself before The Survey Does
Consumers rarely explain their behaviour. But behaviour reveals physiology. Across hospitality venues, workplaces, and fitness environments we observe patterns that repeat with remarkable consistency, the beverage chosen before a demanding meeting, the drink reached for after physical exertion, the ritual that closes a long day. These patterns signal underlying physiological states. BU Labs studies those signals.

BU*Labs did not begin as a laboratory. It began as Beverage Union. Since 2007, Beverage Union has operated across premium hospitality venues, corporate environments, and fitness facilities throughout India. Across millions of served interactions we accumulated something no research firm could provide, a deep observational record of how people actually behave around beverages. BU Labs is the formalisation of that observation.
